Alter Domus (Cyprus) Ltd provides the Fund with administrative services, including among others: liaising with investors, including dealing with queries; liaising with the Fund’s bank in connection with investor subscriptions and redemptions; processing applications for subscription or redemption; assisting the Compliance officer with anti-money laundering requirements; maintaining proper books and accounts that are required for the preparation of the annual reports of the Fund; preparing and distributing interim and annual reports and accounts; providing support services in connection with the distribution of agreed information and communication with Participation Shareholders.
