The Fund’s History
The Active Banking Fund was licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus in February 2012 and was launched in July 2012. As from February 2016, the Fund has been authorised as an Alternative Investment Fund regulated by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission. Until June 2016, the Fund had appointed an external investment manager, Global Capital Securities & Financial Services Ltd.
As from June 2016, the Fund has become a self-managed Fund, managed by its board of directors.
